    Agency package has been developed specifically for representative offices of foreign companies, companies and non-resident individuals who plan to represent the interests of the parent company and conduct business in Ukraine.

    The services included in this package are aimed at:

    • Comprehensive support for a non-resident entering the Ukrainian market;
    • Accounting and legal support of financial and economic activities on the territory of Ukraine;
    • Consulting on taxation, legal, general, administrative and other issues related to the organization of economic activity in Ukraine;

    The package will be relevant for:

    • Non-resident companies of Ukraine that intend to collect information about the business climate of Ukraine in order to further conduct business on its territory;
    • Non-resident companies, the purpose of which is to disseminate information about the parent company, as well as the goods and services supplied by it, without conducting business activities on the territory of Ukraine;
    • Individuals and legal entities – non-residents who intend to carry out transactions with real estate.

    • Representative offices of foreign companies and individuals;
    • Representation of a foreign legal entity of any organizational and legal form with or without the right to conduct business on the territory of Ukraine;
    • Branch of a permanent establishment of a non-resident legal entity or individual;
    • Representative offices of associations of non-resident legal entities and individuals. Representative offices of international foundations, non-profit (charitable) organizations;
    • Representation of a non-resident individual;
    • Companies established by non-residents of Ukraine, operating on the territory of Ukraine, as well as abroad.

    • Annual income of the company: up to 20 million UAH;
    • Number of transactions per month (including preparation of primary documentation): up to 100 operations;
    • Number of employees: up to 10 employees.

    The terms of the plan do not apply to:

    • VAT refund;
    • Accounting and reporting on controlled transactions;
    • Preparation of consolidated statements of income tax and VAT;
    • Accounting for operations of production and / or sale fuels and lubricants.

    The terms of the plan do not apply to:

    • Legal entities established by residents individuals or legal entities;
    • Individual entrepreneurs, residents of Ukraine;
    • Joint-stock companies, as well as trusts, concerns, companies conducting joint activities without establishing a legal entity, other associations of legal entities.

    Restrictions can be negotiated and changed depending on the individual needs of the client. Extra services can be provided under an additional agreement of the parties.


    Consulting services

    • Consulting on the organization, development and financing of representative offices, business entities in Ukraine;
    • Consulting on taxation of activities;
    • Planning tax payments;
    • Compilation of internal regulations and rules, internal policies of the representative office.
    • Consulting the employees of the representative office on the preparation of primary documents;

    Accounting and tax Accounting

    • Comprehensive accounting. Preparation of primary documents, stocktaking of primary documents;
    • Financial and tax reporting;
    • Monitoring compliance with legislation in the implementation of business transactions;
    • Calculation of wages and other compulsory charges for employees of the representative office;
    • Accounting for settlements with accountable person;
    • Vehicle accounting;
    • Accounting for targeted financing, credit transactions. Accrual of interest on loans and borrowings;
    • Accounting for cash transactions. Preparation of payment orders, registration of cash documents;
    • Representation of interests in the tax service, protection of interests during tax audits;
    • Informing management about changes in tax legislation.

    Management accounting

    • Development and implementation of management accounting and reporting;
    • Preparation of corporate financial statements as required by the parent company;
    • Preparation of consolidated financial statements.

    Legal services

    • Legal advise;
    • Registration of a representative office, amendments to statutory documents;
    • Obtaining work permits for a foreigner, issuing service cards.

    Administrative support of activities:

    • Search for premises for an office, warehouse, and other purposes;
    • Provision of a legal address, postal service;
    • Search and selection of personnel.


    • Complete and timely reflection of all business transactions;
    • A full range of services required for the operation of the representative office;

    Timing and periodicity

    The service is provided according to the concluded agreement on an ongoing basis in the form of a subscription service.

    The reporting period is a month.


    The cost of services is a subject of negotiations and depends on the volume of services provided within the package offer, as well as on the special conditions of cooperation. The calculation of the cost is carried out for each client individually.



    By payment order to the company’s bank account according to the agreement and / or invoice. This payment method will be convenient for companies and entrepreneurs who have bank accounts.
    It is possible to pay for the services with a bank card on the website and in the office of the company. This payment method will be convenient when individuals pay for one-time services.
    The possibility of paying for services in cash is available at the company’s office.
